Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right! You have 48 hrs. to report damaged or missing item once you receive your package.
Refunds (if approved)
We do issue refunds if your not satisfied with your order. You have 15 days to request a refund. Please remember if a refund is approved it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too your account.
